Why did the majority of US Media outlets fail to report that the man that was tackled and handcuffed, from California with a Yemeni passport really ran from the back of the plane to the front yelling Allaha Akbar. They make a point to mention that he has no know terrorist ties. I bet if you were to interview the passengers on the plane they would disagree with that. I wonder if he had to go through the enhanced pat down at the airport….oh wait, he looks Muslim, can’t do that to him. Could be mis-interpreted to profiling.

This is a disturbing video showing union leaders and White House advisers admit that they are overriding US law and sovereignty in regards to the labor movement. You can hear them discuss asking their allies in France and other progressive communities to get involved to brand companies as human rights violators. Bob King made a comment early in this stating employers violating employees first amendment right to be in a union – I continue to look but can’t find that in the first amendment.
(First Amendment to the United States Constitution – The amendment prohibits the making of any law “respecting an establishment of religion”, impeding the free exercise of religion, infringing on the freedom of speech, infringing on the freedom of the press, interfering with the right to peaceably assemble or prohibiting the petitioning for a governmental redress of grievances.)
Why isn’t this guy in jail? Why is he in Beirut expressing his feelings that every country that has a US military base should get to vote for the US President?
Under Title 8 Section 1325 of the U.S. Code, “Improper Entry by Alien,” any citizen of any country other than the United States who:
Enters or attempts to enter the United States at any time or place other than as designated by immigration officers; or
Eludes examination or inspection by immigration officers; or
Attempts to enter or obtains entry to the United States by a willfully false or misleading representation or the willful concealment of a material fact;
has committed a federal crime.
Violations are punishable by criminal fines and imprisonment for up to six months. Repeat offenses can bring up to two years in prison. Additional civil fines may be imposed at the discretion of immigration judges, but civil fines do not negate the criminal sanctions or nature of the offense.
But, according to President Obama that is not the case. You see, he doesn’t seem to understand that violating U.S. Code means you have committed a federal crime and are a criminal. If someone wants to come into the United States do so legally. Has anyone checked to see if that young women is receiving any city, state or federal aid which she shouldn’t be receiving. Is her family here legally?
In 2007, then Senator Joe Biden warned everyone that would listen to him that he’d lead the charge to impeach President George Bush for waging war without Congressional approval. As he said back then, Iran is no immediate threat to America…Libya is? It would be interesting now to see how he would reconcile that position with what his President is doing.
I also think it’s curious…we are in Libya to enforce a no fly zone. If that’s the case why are we shooting tanks on the ground.
It’s time for all Americans to take a stand. Listen to what these people are planning to do…in fact listen to it more than once. You won’t see this played on ABC, NBC or CBS. No, they are to busy telling us what’s going on with Charlie Sheen and Dancing With The Stars. These people are trying to do what the unions attempted to do in Wisconsin…use a coalition of unions, community groups, lawmakers and students to destroy US capitalism.
It’s still early in he process but I think that Herman Cain is our best choice as the Republican candidate for President. He is the former CEO of Godfathers Pizza and Chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. He has taken poor performing divisions and companies on the verge of bankruptcy and turned them around. He understands what needs to be done to get our country back on the right track.
